A quaint island vacation in the prestigious Maritime Way subdivision in the friendly little town of  
Topsail Beach--what a treat this is!! "SeaCoaster" is a beautiful 3 bedroom home that looks toward  
the ocean. The driveway, however, has a rear entry on the quiet street of Helen Lane.  
 
The entire top floor of this modern beach home consists of a large Great Room with vaulted ceilings  
and an open airy feel. The dining area is part of this open area and the kitchen is located in the  
back corner. There is also a half bath upstairs. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms, with a private  
master bathroom and a second bathroom which the other 2 bedrooms share. The bedrooms are all roomy  
with lots of light and ceiling fans.  
 
Beautifully decorated, this house offers a comfortable place for the whole family. The dining room  
seats 4 and 2 bar stools in the kitchen round out the dining capacity.  
 
Outside, you'll find multiple large decks with great ocean and sound views. Some decks are covered  
and some are open to the sun. The subdivision has a community beach access, a swimming pool, and day  
dock. There are 2 garages, and you can leave the cars there while you walk a short distance to the  
Topsail Beach business district with stores, restaurants, and attractions.
