The Coral Garden Inn- your private piece of paradise on the Mexican  
Caribbean. Experience the white sand beaches, breathtaking ocean

Just 4 1/2 hours south of Cancun, near the Belize border... 
We invite you and your family to relax and enjoy our beautifully  
furnished ocean front villa overlooking the 2nd largest barrier reef  
in the world. Luxuriate in the peace and tranquility of this  
gorgeously, preserved ecological environment experiencing a variety  
of relationships with friendly people and engaging in numerous  
activities guaranteed to nurture your spirit and ease your mind. 
 
The Villa is an enchanting 2 unit complex with authentic hand-hewn  
wood and rattan furniture, decorative Mexican tile floors, bathrooms  
and counter tops, and local artisan designed wall decorations and  
bedspreads. Each spacious, 1500 square foot unit has 2 large  
bedrooms, a large open, common space that includes the living room,  
dining room and kitchen and a full-size bathroom. 
 
The Master Bedroom has an incredible ocean view and is furnished  
with a Queen size bed, reading tables, chair, hammock and ample  
closet space. The spacious 2nd Bedroom has 2 double beds, reading  
table, chair and plenty of closet space and storage.  
 
The Full-Size Bathroom is constructed of authentic mexican tile with  
a large shower, tiled counter tops and floors.  
 
The Living Area includes a fully-equipped tile kitchen adjoining a  
lovely,authentically furnished living area with a colorful fold-out  
futon bed and tropical hardwood furniture, lamps, stereo system and  
CDs.  
 
Outside the sliding glass doors of the living area and Master  
Bedroom, is an Expansive Deck, spanning the ocean front and side of  
the house. In addition to the exquisite view, the deck area is fully  
furnished with outdoor patio furniture, lounge chairs and Mayan  
hammocks so you can eat, drink, relax and enjoy the incredible view  
of the Caribbean and bask in its warm topical breezes.  
 
The 3rd Floor Observation Roof offers breathtaking views of the  
Caribbean to the east and lagoons and mangrove jungle to the west.  
There is a convenient outdoor shower for washing off after visiting  
the beach or swimming in the ocean. Our Caretakers are nearby to  
offer you security and assistance. The closest neighbors are 300  
yards away. 
 
Upstairs and Downstairs Units are identical and each can sleep up to  
7 people. The Villa is ideal for family and friends who want to  
travel together to an exotic, tropical location and bask in the warm  
sun and one another's company. Additionally, it is a perfect setting  
for smaller groups as each individual unit has its own fully  
furnished kitchen, bath and living area, providing complete privacy  
from noise and unwanted interruption.

Vacation Rental Amenities

WHAT'S NEW! 
We just installed internet wirless service in both units at the  
Coral Garden Inn.So bring your computer and communicate with  
family and friends right from the house.  If you want to talk to  
loved ones by telephone, set your computer up to use SKYPE.  With a  
simple headset and SKYPE internet service you can easily telephone  
family and friends.  
Each Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, blender and  
is furnished with glasses, dishes, silverware and cookware. Bottled  
water is supplied. Water for washing and cleaning is from a rain  
collection system that supplies both hot and cold running water.  
 
A grocery truck brings fresh food up the road and to our door 3-5  
times a week. Nearby restaurants are located at several local  
resorts along the beach and in town. Xcalak also has several small  
grocery stores where you can purchase some provisions, although you  
may want to bring additional food. 
 
Electricity is provided by a solar powered system and generator,the  
same 110a/c that is standard in the U.S. Heat producing appliances  
are not allowed (toasters, hairdryers etc)because they damage the  
solar system.  
 
Daily Maid Service and Caretaker assistance is provided. Bicycles,  
Kayaks and Charcoal BBQ are available for guests to use.

Activities and Attractions

Snorkeling: The turquoise bay directly in front of the villa has  
numerous coral heads in no more than 6 feet of water teeming with  
beautiful tropical fish, rays, lobsters, eels and octopus. It is  
protected by the second largest barrier reef in the world. Night  
snorkeling is spectacular.  
 
Scuba Diving: Wonderful scuba dive is available through a local dive  
shop to dozens of local dive sites within 5-15 minutes by boat.  
Banco Chinchorro North America's largest diving atoll is only 25  
miles due East.  
 
Fishing: Fly-fishing is year round. They catch and release bonefish,  
tarpon, and permit. Go deep sea fishing to catch sierra, jacks,  
tuna, barracuda, grouper and snapper. April through June, dorado,  
marlin, and sailfish are plentiful. 
  
Exploring: Mayan ruins are within a one to two hour drive: Muyil,  
Dzibanche, Kinichna, Kohunlich, Oxtankah plus a Spanish Fort in  
Bacalar. 
  
In Addition: Bicycling, swimming, wildlife observation, hiking,  
kayaking, star gazing, reading and relaxing.

Dec 15-Apr 23 ..  $115/nt per unit double occupancy 
Christmas|New Year's ........$1300/wk per unit, up to 4 occupants 
$20 additional per night for each person 10 years and older. 
$10 additional per night for children 3-9 years. 
All pricing subject to 12% Hotel Tax.
