Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful carriage home on the 1st floor w/GOLF membership. Island 
theme furnishings with beautiful kitchen, and kitchen nook 
overlooking the water, large great room and dining room, two 
bedrooms and a den w/ sleeper sofa, two baths and a 1-car garage. 
Large lake view from screened lanai. This unit is furnished with 
everything you could want in a vacation home. There is a king size 
bed in the mster bedroom, twin beds in guest bedroom and sleeper-
sofa in den. There is a television, DVD player, screened lanai w/ 
table and chairs, ceiling fans, and much more. GE appliances 
including range, refrigerator, microwave oven, diswasher, disposal, 
laundry with washer and dryer. There is cookware, small appliances, 
towels, linens, and much more available for your use. Just bring 
your clothes and toothbrush for a wonderful vacation.

Colonial Country Club, has full amenities in a fantastic location - 
located just minutes away from Southwest Florida International 
airport and many attractions. Championship GOLF is transferrable 
with this unit. Colonial has an excellent restaurant, grill room and
