Little Derrymore Cottage in Nantucket

This is a cheery Nantucket cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The
clean and cozy cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and
one with two twin beds. The cottage is fully furnished with all
kitchen equipment and linens and towels. One bathroom has a shower,
the other has an old fashioned bath tub. The house contains a
telephone, washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

The cottage has a hot water outdoor shower that is private for
cleaning off after a day at the beach. The backyard grill and table
are available for tenant use. A flat screen TV is connected to
cable channels.

A sheltered white sand beach is a ten minute walk away. There is a
shuttle bus stop one block away for many island destinations. Bike
rentals are available nearby for use on the many scenic bike paths.
Something Natural a marvelous bakery serving delicious sandwiches is
a five minute walk. There are two tennis clubs nearby.

The summer rental rate is $1700 per week with a $450 refundable
security deposit to hold your reservation. There is also an
additional $50 cleaning fee. The rent is due in full one month in
advance of the rental date. Off season rates are less after Labor
