the premises minutes from great diving and fishing grounds.
It has 2 floors with two bedrooms upstairs (queen in one room &
twin/full bunk beds + twin in 2nd room) and a sleeper sofa
downstairs in the family room. The rear balconies on both floors
overlook one of the swimming pools which is 30 feet away.

Air conditioning, Cable TV (2), DVD/VCR player (2), stereo, Full
kitchen with new appliances, Microwave, Dishwasher,
Refrigerator, Ice maker, Coffee maker, Blender, Cookware and
dinnerware provided, Linens & towels, Washer & Dryer,Gas BBQ, Pools
(2), Children's playground, fishing jetty, Tennis courts, Golf Cart
available, No Pets.

Molasses Reef Marina on site with free use of boat ramp and trailer
storage. Two swimming pools on the premises, saltwater lagoon
stocked with fish, beach with tiki huts and chairs for sunning.
Many wonderful seafood restaurants nearby within walking distance as
well as shopping. Dolphin Research Center is 1/4 mile away where you
can swim with dolphins. Rental boats, party poats, glass bottom
boats, and fishing charters less than 5 minutes away.

Rented monthly or weekly, from $975 - $1295 / week
Holidays and special weeks more (i.e., X-mas, New Years, Easter,
,Memorial Day,July 4th, Mini-lobster season)
Rented monthly: Jan - March & Sept - Nov. (from $2450)
$500 security deposit required to confirm; serves as damage deposit
and is refundable upon inspection after departure.
Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
$100 max electricity when renting per month.
Payment by check, money order, or credit card via Paypal.
Full refund of deposit if cancelled with 30 days notice; only 50%
with less than 30 days.
