Vacation Rental Description

Bedroom has two double beds and large walk-in closet. New crib 
available. Living room-dining room new features new tile floors. 
Kitchen is modern featuring full size stove with oven, microwave-- 
equipped for permanent living. The balcony faces east to catch the 
morning sun and overlooks a lovely garden with an ocean view. On site 
is a fitness facility, fresh water pool, great little beach bar and 
restaurant and one of the finest, safest beaches in the world. Every 
water sport known to mankind is available only a short walk away. 
Condo comes complete with a list of recommended places to see and 
things to do and contains a good deal of information not available to 
regular tourists.
This is the owner's personal little paradise in the sun to which they 
will retire in a couple years. It is rented to mature, responsible 
adults (non-smokers) who appreciate  the finer things in life and the 
independence this type of accomodation provides. It is very family 
friendly, with baby sitting available.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone, satellite tv, radio, air conditioning. linens, towels, fully 
equipped kitchen, beach chairs,reserved parking, small beach grill, 
two double beds and a new pull out sofa in the living room. Bath tub 
and shower plus an additional half bathroom. Landry room close by. 
The beautiful beach is just down the hall and out the door. We also 
have high speed internet access. Special information most tourists 
would not have access to. Small library.

Activities and Attractions

There is a fitness facility on site, the most beautiful beach in the 
world at your doorstep and available close by is every water sport 
known to mankind, bike rentals, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, 
boat rentals, car rentals, and world class golf. Snorkling, eco 
tours, glass bottom boats, secret fishing spots.

Vacation Rental Rates

This is one of Canada's leading author's and broadcaster's personal 
condo on one of the most beautiful and safe beaches in the world. 
Completely equipped one bedroom, newely refurbished with a lovely 
balcony overlooking the central gardens and the ocean. Our building 
is quiet, friendly, non-smoking, very clean and safe but only a 12 
minute walk up the beach is the new Our Lucaya Hotel and Marina 
complex with more than 100 stores, pubs, strawmarkets, restaurants 
and casino. Wonderful snorkling, scuba diving, swim with the 
dolphins. Special car rental rate. Rate is $800 weekly, ($1,000 
weekly in March, $1,200 for Christmas New Years)plus $60 
cleaning fee. Special longer term rates on request.
