Cheryl and Tony welcome you to their 3 bed 2 bath luxurious fully air 
conditioned Florida villa. 

We are situated at the beautiful and prestigious Crescent Lakes 
development just off the Poinciana Blvd which is only 10-15 minutes 
from Disney World. 

Our villa is ideally located for those who looking for all the major 
attractions, theme parks, golf courses and for those who just enjoy 
sitting and relaxing in peaceful surroundings.

When you arrive you will be impressed by the villa's location and 
beauty, it has its own landscaped gardens with palm trees and 
gorgeous plants with the comfort of complete privacy when you are in 
the pool area.

Surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with complete privacy 
this villa boasts a 33ft x 17ft x 9ft deep pool with spa and plenty 
of area for sunbathing for those who like to relax. The lanai area is 
provided with with loungers. tables and chairs.

So when you return from a long day at one of the many attractions 
this villa is ideal for those whowant to slow down, chill out and 
recover for the next day's adventure.
 
There are 2 living area's of which one has TV, DVD and video 
facilities, the other being a more formal area and both overlook the 
pool and garden.  There is also a dining area, a fully equipped 
kitchen with a breakfast area, 3 bedroom's, the master with en-suite 
and a family bathroom.  Next to the extra large pool is a BBQ, and 
the villa has the addition of a large double garage.

Of the 3 bedrooms, the Master is tastefully furnished with an 
American king sized bed, TV, Video and pine furniture and an en-
suite bathroom with large shower 'His & Hers ' vanity unit. There is 
also a walk-in closet/wardrobe providing plenty of storage.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, drawers and plenty of 
closet space and a TV with DVD facility. Shares a second full size 
bathroom with bedroom three.
 
The third bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds, drawers, 
TV/Vidio and DVD player and plenty of closet space.

situated just 12 easy miles from Disney World. The development is 
situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve and is landscaped 
amongst several lakes

This beautiful executive family villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 
(1 En-suite).

Looking further you can see Disney's fireworks in the evening and 
occasionally looking towards Cape Canaveral you can see the Shuttle 
taking off.

Other attractions and necessities are all in close proximity 
including an abundance of Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Water 
Sports. Wal-Mart and the Publix supermarkets are only 10 minutes 
away, and there are also many Shopping Malls close by.
