This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which
includes a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and microwave. Also for
your convenience, we have a full set of dishes, silverware, glasses,
utensils, etc. An iron/ironing board and a washer/dryer are also
available. Each bedroom has cable TV/DVD and clock radio. The
living room has a TV/DVD/VCR.

This unit is equipped with central air, ceiling fan and a large
furnished balcony with grill.

A garage and parking space are available for your convenience.

****Please provide your own sheets, towels (beach, bath, etc.) and
paper products.

We are located 30 minutes from Atlantic City,10 minutes from Cape
May, and 2.5 blocks from the beach, amusements, and the
boardwalk. This wonderful location offers fun for the whole family,
including rides, arcades, water park and great restaurants. Tennis
courts and golf courses are nearby.

March 1st - May 19th: $1850/week
May 19th - Sept 8th: $2000/week
Sept 8th - Oct 31st: $1800/week

We usually require an $500 security deposit. An additional pet fee
may be required.

Any 3 nights: $1195 / Any 4 nights: $1295

Our condo is available for rent throughout the year for conventions
and other off season events, such as Fab 50's Weekend, PT Cruisers
Weekend, Barbershop Quartet Weekend, etc.
