Market Street Inn Vacation Apartments in Newburyport

Our two-bedroom vacation apartment with pullout sofa in the living
room sleeps six. The unit is located in our State Street property, the
Greenleaf Inn. The Inn is one of Newburyport’s real treasures. This
18th century home is located near High Street, among prominent homes
built by merchants, sea captains and shipwrights. Sometime in the 19th
century the house was moved from High Street to its present address
and was attached to an older colonial home. The Greenleaf Inn retains
many of its original features, moldings, grand central stairway, wide
pine floors, original windows, Indian shutters and fireplace panels.
Newburyport is home of the famous Clipper Ships. For that reason, each
of our six different suites is named for one of the graceful ships built right here
on the shores of the Merrimac.

We have opened this beautiful home to guests vacationing in the
seacoast area. We offer special discounts for monthly stays. Please

We offer guests two options: Selective service and full service. The
selective service option means that you save a great deal of money by
tidying up your room. Fresh towels and linens are always available for
the asking. With full service, we provide daily maid service. Please
add 35% to advertised rates for full service. Guests may book by the
night (three-night minimum), week or month. Our advertised weekly
rates range from $688* to $1812, nightly rates from $220 to $300 and
monthly rates from $1700* to $3650. Rates vary with season.
