For Seasonal Renting

May through October			
2 Weeks – Minimum (rate:  $3,000.00)
1 Month Rental (rate:  $5,500.00)
2 Months Plus	 (rate:  $5,200.00 per month)

November through April
2 Weeks – Minimum (rate:  $3,500.00)
1 Month Rental (rate:  $6,300.00)
2 Months Plus	 (rate:  $6,000.00 per month)

One month deposit required. The deposit includes $150.00
non-refundable fee for cleaning expenses.
