Welcome to Sand Toes Castle! This luxurious Toll Brothers home
is a unique find in the Bethanv
Beach area. The house is superbly decorated with a fresh blue
and yellow color scheme.
Our ?castle? sleeps 14 comfortably in bedrooms, and provides two
King Master Suites, one on the first level. There is a two story
great room with a generous window array to showcase the wooded lot
and frame the gas fireplace. Big Screen TV to enjoy a favorite movie
or sporting event. A large eat-in chef's kitchen is fully
equipped and ready to service a large family or multiple families.
The "pool table room", dining room and solarium provide additional
space
to kick back and relax. The upstairs recreation area is great for
kids of all ages where they can play ping pong, watch the TV/DVD, or
have a Play Station competition!
Our home is located in a pristine, beautifully landscaped gated
community offering fantastic amenities that include swimming pools,
state-of-the-art exercise facility, tennis courts, a
comfortable, splendidly appointed clubhouse and an upscale
playground all within a short walk from the house.
Bring your fishing poles to drop a line in one of the well-stocked

Off Season Rentals (Sunday to Sunday):
September: $1800 week / $325 night (3 night minimum)
October - April: $1,500 week / $300 night (3 night minimum)
May: $1800 week/$300 night (3 night minimum)
50% due at time of reservation, remaining 50%, REFUNDABLE $600
security deposit and $125 weekly cleaning fee due 30 days prior to
arrival.
