 Sandpiper Retreat is a deluxe single story Villa overlooking the Links golf course, offering 2 bedrooms (King & Queen/Twin), two baths, a Large Den (Queen sofa sleeper), Screened Porch w/seating for 6 and a His & Hers Master Shower w/Separate Vanity area.  Large Fully Equipped Kitchen – Desk area with Hi Speed WiFi - HDTV in the living room, TVs in the den and both bedrooms - VCR & DVD - Stereo w/CD Player - Separate laundry room with Full Size Front Loading washer/dryer - Access to the Private Owner’s Beach - Complimentary Beach Set-ups - Beach Towels - Boogie Board - Sand Toys -   2 adult Bikes - Large Patio w/ Gas Grill & Table for 6 - Pet Friendly with prior approval.  Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom (6), NON SMOKING.  Minimum rental age is 25.
