We can help you find a condo even if we are booked unless the 
dates show SOLD OUT or fully booked. Ask for referral means we
are booked but know of open condos.

A $125 fee for linens and cleaning per stay and applicable
taxes (12%) must be added to the above rates and the fee. A
major credit card is required for security deposit.

A $300 per week deposit is due upon booking and the remaining balance
is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checks &
Money Orders are accepted from U.S. guests. Foreign guests will have to
pay with credit or debit card. A confirmation letter will be sent for your
deposit and final payment.

Cancellations more than 60 days prior are subject to a $100 per week
charge, between 31 and 60 days the entire deposit is forfeited, and
within 30 days the entire rental amount is forfeited, unless we can
re-rent the condo (in which case a partial refund may be given).
