Vacation Rental Description

Our excellent villa has been furnished to a very high standard and  
is  
also spacious enough to accommodate two families very comfortably.  
We  
have tried to include everything you will require to ensure that  
your  
holiday is an exceptional experience and the many shopping malls are  
close by including a newly built Publix supermarket less than 5  
minutes drive from your villa. (We love the property) 
 
There are 4 bedrooms:  
 
The 2 master bedrooms with Queen size beds feature a walk-in closet  
with their own on-suite fully equipped bathrooms and TVs with cable.  
Each Master bedroom has a French door access to the pool area. There  
are 2 twin bedrooms all with a chest of drawers and fitted  
wardrobes.  
Twin bedrooms have TV's and a Playstation 2. Twin bedrooms have  
adjacent access to the 3rd bathroom.  
 
The family room overlooking the fully screened pool area includes  
settees, a 28 inch TV with cable and a DVD/CD Player.  
 
All doors opening on to the pool area are automatically alarmed for  
child safety.  
 
The pool deck is spacious and complete with luxurious patio  
furniture  
and sun loungers to relax on and soak up the Florida sunshine. Why  
not have a relaxing evening swim with the pool lights on. The pool  
can also be heated on request so you and your family and friends can  
enjoy a relaxing swim at any time of the day.  
 
The villa is equipped with all appliances and utensils. The kitchen  
contains a large fridge/freezer, family size cooker, as well as a  
microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, twin sinks and a  
Breakfast bar. There is also a dining Nook at the rear of the  
kitchen  
which easily seats 8 people. In the garage there is a full size  
washing machine and separate dryer, as well as room for two cars.  
The  
villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance  
and  
international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely  
available throughout the area. The price includes all electricity,  
linens, towels etc.  
 
We are situated an easy 30 minute drive from Orlando`s international  
airport. All Disney attractions are approx. 15 mins drive. Sea World  
& Universal Studios are also within easy reach. Gulf coast beaches  
are about 1 ½ hour’s drive and the Kennedy space centre is about 1  
hour away.

Low Season £382/$762 per week (Jan 7th - March 30th 2007) 
Peak Season £488/$965 per week (March 31st - April 13th 2007) 
Low Season £382/$762 per week (April 14th - June 8th 2007) 
High Season £461/$911 per week (June 9th - Aug 24th 2007)  
Mid Season £407/$805 per week (Aug 25th - Oct 26th 2007) 
Low Season £382/$762 per week (Oct 27th - Dec 14th 2007) 
Peak Season £488/$965 per week (Dec 15th - Jan 4th 2008) 
 
Payment in US$ or £Sterling checks. Credit cards taken at extra  
charge. We will gladly accept credit card payments with a 3%  
surcharge/handling fee. 
 
 
Pool heat £75/$135 per week when requested.  
All taxes included 
 
£100/$180 per week deposit required when booking(non refundable),  
balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. £100/$180 cautionary deposit  
required 8 weeks prior to departure and is refunded within 21 days  
of  
your return home after inspection by our management company.  
 
Minimum stay - 5 nights (14 nights in Aug & Xmas)
