Vacation Rental Description

New very upscale 3200 square foot modern loft just completed. 
Please email me for additional information and photo's : you can be 
directed to my personal website showing this property and my other

This loft is over 2500 sq ft of living space which includes a 
mezzanine roof level of 1600 sq feet which has 4 patio doors and two 
decks on the east and west side. Magnificent views of all the city 
skyline. The roof terraces are fully furnished including stainless 
barbecue and 5 large umbrellas. The roof terrace also has custom 
benches and planter rose box gardens. Summer 2005 a shower and garden 
fountain and trees will be installed.
The loft has hardwood wide plank maple chocolate floors and custom 9 
ft high wood and glass sliding pocket doors. Halogen lighing is 
throughout the loft plus custom 70's collectable lighting fixtures. 
The livingroom, diningroom and kitchen are open concept covering an 
area about 17 x 45 feet. 
Two bathrooms are completely tiled : the main one being over 300 
sq ft with double vanities, walk through glass shower, private 
toilet room , heated floors and towel racks, and closeted WD 
facilities . 
A office room is fully equiped and has high speed wireless cable 
internet with unlimited download and uploads included. 
Satellite TV with full movie packages are provided on 2 ( both in 
Mezzanine and also Master Bedroom ) high definition 50 inch Plasma 
TV's ). Home theatres ( Bose and Sony ) are also in the Mezzanine and 
also the master bedroom.
All windows are with roller blinds for privacy.
2 central air conditioning units cover both levels of the loft.
All rooms are wired for central sterio with individual volume 
controls.
Keyless entry programable door locks and central alarm  security 
system is provided. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

All new furnishings. Upper end stainless appliances 
including smeg dishwasher and wall oven, side by side stainless 
fridge and freezer unit, microwave, and ceramic cooktop and range 
hood. Stainless kitchen island counter is 4 x 10 feet.  
Designed with custom features throughout: sliding glass pocket 
doors,sliding panel track blinds, custom bathroom vanities, heated 
floors and towel racks, plus 1000 sq ft of roof terrace on two sides 
off the mezzanine. All rooms wired for sterio with separate controls.
Home theatre ( Bose ) and two 50 inch Daytek plasma tv's in the Home 
Theatre Room and also the Master Bedroom. Alarm security system.

Activities and Attractions

Central location on the Plateau : Roy and DeBullion : only a tiny two 
block walk to the St Laurent Strip of restaurants and nightclubs. 
Shopping is wonderful and within blocks of the loft : largest fresh 
fish market in Montreal Waldmens , European deli's etc. 
Minutes away from downtown or Old Montreal. You couldn't ask for a 
more "in" and central location. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$4900 Cdn per month.
10% discount applies for rentals of three months or more in high 
season and for all minimum 1 month rentals during the off season ( 
from Oct 15 to March 31 )

1-2 persons : $250 per day 3 day minimum or weekly $1600.
3-4 persons : $350 per day 3 day minimum or weekly $2000.

Prices are all inclusive ( heat, hydro, satellite tv with movie 
packages, high speed wireless internet with unlimited down and up 
loading, basic telephone (not long distance)  and weekly cleaning 
services provided.  
Credit card imprint or damage deposit required. This is probably the 
largest and most upscale loft available as a furnished rental on the 
Plateau of Montreal.
