installed. Great open livingroom space with large stone hearth and 
woodstove, high cathedral ceilings and walk-out sliders to large deck 
with new gas BBQ grill. Opens to full contemporary kitchen with 
attached breakfast bar and high-back stools, large dining area. 
 
Large lawn perfect for playing badminton or volleyball. Firepit for 
great nighttime campfires.

Bed Set-up: queen-size master bed, queen-size trundle bed, twin-size 
bunk beds, two queen sleeper sofas, 2 single cots.

Lake, Great Glen Trails, Diana's Baths and the Kangamangus Highway. A 
perfect location for hiking, swimming, fishing and canoeing. Many 
nearby attractions & shopping: neighboring Storyland and Heritage 
Museum; just minutes to Pirate's Cove and Banana Village mini golf and 
water slides in North Cranmore, and Attitash water slide in Bartlett. 
Easy drive north to Santa's Village and Six Gun City. Many other sites 
and attractions for year-round vacationing! 
 
For an additional daily fee, rental guests have OPTIONAL seasonal 
access to the heated outdoor pool.

Notes: Weekly rentals are Sunday - Sunday. A 50% deposit and a $200 
refundable security deposit are due upon return of rental agreement. 
Balance due two weeks prior to rental period.
