in the door. Your private lanai is a great place to soak in the awesome 
natural beauty of Hawaii. #404's total,top-to-bottom renovation was
completed in January, 2008. 
The all new livingroom, diningroom, bedroom and lanai furniture, new
elegant stone floors, new lighting, new washer and dryer, new sliding
glass doors, new interior doors, all new kitchen with granite counters 
and all new "en suite" bathrooms will be yours to enjoy as you
vacation in comfort and luxury.

OR if you are more inclined to sight- seeing, the Royal Mauian Resort 
is conveniently located for day trips to such spots as the historic 
whaling town of Lahaina, the ancient fishing village of Hana, or take
an early
morning drive to watch the sunrise from the top of the world -
Haleakala Crater.
  

Vacation Rental Rates

We ask for $500 non refundable deposit at booking, balance due 30 
days prior to arrival. There is an additional 11.42% for Hawaii State
Taxes. Maximum 4 persons.

January 5-January 31 and March 1 - April 16:               
$300/night;$225/night,28+nights
February 1 - February 28 and December 19 - January 4:ten-night minimum,
$300/night,10-27nights;$275/night,28+nights
April 17 - December 15:
$275/night,5-6 nights; $250/night,7-27 nights; $200/night 28+nights
