This lower level 1 bedroom, 1 bath Condo is perfect for a couple on
that special trip. Why pay for a two bedroom for just the 2 of
you? This Condo comes fully equiped with everything you will need
to enjoy the Arizona lifestyle. A queen size bed with TV, walk in
closet and a private patio to relax and enjoy. You are 50 feet from
one of 3 pools on property, which also has a hot tub and gas grills.
The Pointe Resort Condos are a Gated community located 15 minutes
from Downtown and the airport. You are also 15 minutes to
Scottsdale or Tempe. The property has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and
tennis and basketball courts. Popular hiking trails and mountains
are only a 5 minute walk up the street.

which has a 45 minute hike up and down.
Take a great day trip to Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott or Tucson. Or
a longer trip to the Grand Canyon! They are all nearby!
Of course you have an unlimited amount of shopping and nightlife in
Scottsdale and Downtown.
