you?  This Condo comes fully equiped with everything you will need 
to enjoy the Arizona lifestyle.  A queen size bed with TV, walk in 
closet and a private patio to relax and enjoy.  You are 50 feet from 
one of 3 pools on property, which also has a hot tub and gas grills. 


The Pointe Resort Condos are a Gated community located 15 minutes 
from Downtown and the airport.  You are also 15 minutes to 
Scottsdale or Tempe.  The property has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and 
tennis and basketball courts.  Popular hiking trails and mountains 
are only a 5 minute walk up the street.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, Phone, Cable TV, VCR/DVD player, and Stereo.  Central Air 
Conditioning/heat.  Full kitchen with all you need to cook inside or 
grill.  Washer and dryer provided in Unit.  Close to Grocery Store, 
movie theaters and shopping Malls.  Private assigned parking space.

Activities and Attractions

If you like walking in the Desert or hiking a mountain, you don't 
even need to get in your car.  Just 5 blocks away are miles of 
hiking and/or mountion biking trails, as well as North Mountain park 
which has a 45 minute hike up and down.

Take a great day trip to Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott or Tucson.  Or 
a longer trip to the Grand Canyon! They are all nearby!

Of course you have an unlimited amount of shopping and nightlife in 
Scottsdale and Downtown.
