space including living room, dining room and kitchen with cafe.   
 
Located in the beautiful gated Bonita Bay Brooks Community, midway  
between Fort Myers and Naples. Well situated for shopping, dining,  
beach and is only 15 minutes away from the Ft. Myers Airport.  
Fabulous recreation is included in the monthly rental with access to  
the Spring Run 18 hole 72 par golf course (after transfer fee, you  
only pay cart fees), 4 lighted tennis courts, aquatic  
driving range, paddle boats, bike paths, clubhouse with restaurant,  
lounge and exercise facilities. From May through October, you can  
golf at over 40 courses for cart fees only with monthly rentals  
(after transfer fee).  
 
Enjoy sunsets overlooking the first fairway from your private  
screened in pool area and Lanai.

Cleaning Fee $100   
50% Rental Deposit required plus $500.00 security deposit.
