We specialize in family vacations,"Girlfriend Spa/Shopping Weekends", and Honeymoons or Romantic Get-Aways. Our place is perfect for 55+...there are very few steps and a bedroom downstairs, close to kitchen.

No pets and no smoking, please.

Our home is centrally located in popular Lake Harmony Estates on desirable Skye Drive, between Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski areas. Lake Harmony, a private powerboat lake that permits fishing and boating is a short walk down the hill. During the summer season, you'll have access to a private beach with a lifeguard on duty. Take a short drive to the Split Rock Resort and New H20000H Indoor Water Park. Also close are The Crossings Shopping Outlets, Mount Airy Casino, Camel Beach Water Park, Pocono International Speedway and Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs. Perfect spot for an active "get-away" or a relaxing vacation with family and friends. We are 90 miles from NYC and Philadelphia.

Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a private Jacuzzi
room with a 6 person Spa. The Jacuzzi room exits thru sliding doors
to a private deck with a new gas grill and patio furniture. Our home has one queen bed, three full beds and one full pull-out in loft. Sleeps 8 comfortably.(linens available)
 

Downstairs has an open floor plan which includes a kitchen with
an eat-at counter, dining room, living room with leather couches (4 recliners), wood burning fireplace, 35" TV (cable-125 channels) with dvd and vcr, computer/ game console area and master bedroom (queen bed) with 32" TV with dvd and vcr plus private bathroom with two sinks. (Towels available.)

Downstairs also has washer/dryer (brand new as of Sept. '10) next to kitchen.
The spa is in a separate room off the kitchen. There is a mud room entrance where ski and golf equipment, beach and other equipment can be stored.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (3 full size beds total) with 25" Cable TVs and a full bath. There is also a Loft/Game area, with 35" Cable TV with dvd/vcr with Sega-Genesis and games.

If needed, the couch in the loft area does pull-out, (full size-not really comfortable), and the chair in the loft does recline. (very comfortable)

There is no Starter Packet! You will need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwash soap, shampoo, etc.!

We do provide the following:

Microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, iron w/ ironing board, coffee pot, crock pot, can opener

Cutlery set (new) and cooking utensils

Four burner stove/ Full oven

Dishwasher

Refrigerator/freezer

Pots, pans, glassware, storage containers

Glassware and stemware

Place setting and flatware for 12. 

Washer/Dryer (brand new as of Sept. '10)

Gas Grill with utensils

Ceiling fans in every bedroom

Portable electric fireplace

Wireless Internet Access throughout house- Bring your lap top!

Various games/cards/movies/books available. Poker Table top, folding table and chairs available.

Sand chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bocce, croquet, lawn darts, etc. available.

Towels and sheets are available as long as you wash, dry, and put them away before you leave. (Recommend bring your own- if that is not acceptable.)
