Vacation Rental Description

Located in the popular subdivision Hombre Golf Course in Panama City  
Beach only 2 blocks from the beach, this luxurious house has four 
bedrooms and two and a half  
baths. The master bedroom has a big walk-in closet and the bath has a  
garden tub for your relaxation. The house is 2300 square feet with  
your own enclosed pool. The house comes completely furnished. 
 
The Master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a 2 queen beds, bedroom 
3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed. 
There is also 2 twin mattresses  that will sleep 2 additional people. 
The house sleeps 10-12 people comfortably!  
 
The house is within minutes of first class restaurants, marina,  
shopping, cinemas, snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing, water- 
skiing, surfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, and sightseeing tours. Too  
many activities to list. 
 
The Hombre Golf Club in Panama City Beach, Florida is one of the  
Premier Championship Golf Resorts in the Sunshine State. Hombre is  
host to the PGA Tour Qualifying School. This golf course features  
water on 15 of the 18 original holes and has added nine holes with  
less water but wetland areas that you have to cross on three tee  
shots. The new nine holes called "the Good" have been added to the  
original holes "the Bad" and "the Ugly." Golf packages available with  
affordable rates. 
house is SMOKE-FREE and No Pets are allowed. 
You will be charged a $300.00 fine if you are caught smoking inside or 
with pets in the house. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter .. Nov 01-Feb 28 .. $ 1100/week. 
Spring .. Mar 01-May 20 .. $2400/week. 
Summer .. May 21-Oct 31st .. $1450/week. 
 
Holiday weeks are always $ 1500.00 NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! 
Please add a one-time Cleaning Fee of $135.00 and 11.5% tax to all 
above rates. 
$500.00 Deposit required. Renters that are under the age of 25, (21  
years minimum) 
will have a $1000.00 deposit that is refundable. All rentals will be 
Saturday through Saturday. Check in time is at 4 pm, departure time  
is at 10 am. 
Cancellation Policy: If we can find a replacement renter for your 
week, we will refund your full deposit.

THE FULL RENTAL AMOUNT + DEPOSIT  AND TAXES ARE DUE AT LEAST 14 DAYS 
PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL!
