Vacation Rental Description

Located at 7500 ft. elevation in the largest stand of ponderosa 
pine within the continental USA at a Summer temp. averaging in the 
low to mid 80's this is a fantastic getaway.

This is a beautiful fully furnished modular home with two large 
bedrooms and two full bathrooms.  The huge living room has a built 
in bookcase with reading material and board games as well as a 32" 
Television and vcr on the 120 channel digital Dish network . It has 
two couch's , two recliners, over stuffed chair, tables and a stereo 
reciever. The separate kitchen has an eating area. It has a separate 
dining room with builtin cabinets with glassware.  It has a separate 
laundry room with washer and dryer. The home has several skylights 
and a huge covered deck with outside furniture and barbeque. The 
exposed part of the deck has just been replaced by redwood and is 
simply very very nice.

The master bed is a california king and the second bed is a queen.

The attached 2 story 1 bed, 1 jacuzzi bath guest house with complete kitchen, separate
living room, patio is also available for rent at $300 per week or $1,000 per month.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central heating, evaprotive cooling if needed,(1)32" TV, 
vcr, stereo receiver, full kitchen with: 
refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender 
coffee maker, toaster, cooking range & oven. All cooking and eating 
utensils.  All linens/towels are provided. The home sits on an 
extremely beautifully landscaped lot on Blue Ridge loop which is 
ideal for a morning or evening stroll.  It is 0.8 tenths of a mile 
around, very little traffic and wonderful neighbors.

A complimentory bottle of Red Wine awaits your arrival.

At 7500' elevation the sky is fantastic and the weather super  

Activities and Attractions

Golfing, Fishing (with over 20 lakes and streams) Hiking, biking, 3 
miles to a gaming casino with restaurant and evening entertainment, 
horseback riding, Restaurants, Cinemas, sightseeing, or just kicking 
back and there is a senior center with activities and good eats.  


Just 10 miles from the house you will find Wal-mart, home depot, Big 
Lots, Stage dept. store, Beales outlet and AAron rents as well as 
J.C Penneys and many others.  
Safeway is but 4 miles away.

$250 deposit due on reservation and refundable only on arrival
