Vacation Rental Description

steps away from the Towamensing Trails community pool, clubhouse, 
beach and playground. Positioned on a wooded 3/4 acre secluded 
culdesac, this home is just 10 minutes from the Big Boulder and Jack 
Frost ski resorts.

The smoke free home features 3 bedrooms (4 queen beds), 3 full 
baths, cable TVs in all the bedrooms, and a two tier deck complete 
with a six-person hot tub and a second floor elevated lakeview of 
Towamensing lake. The house also has two pull-out queen sleeper 
sofas along with a pool table and stone fireplace.
 
This large, newly furnished and renovated home is fully equipped to 
accomodate a large family or multiple families.  The single car 
garage is great for storing ski and snowboard equipment.

NOTE: 2008 rentals are limited to 8 rental badges for the 
Towamensing Trails' community amenities.

Activities and Attractions

Towamensing Trails has swimming, boating and fishing on a 190 acre 
lake. The community beach offers a playground next to a baby pool 
and full size pool. The community center is housed with a game room, 
clubhouse and bar. 

Towamensing is very close to following Pocono attractions: 
Whitewater rafting, paintball, Big Boulder & Jack Frost ski resorts, 
Pocono Raceway, Tannersville outlet shopping and Jim Thorpe.

SPRING & FALL 2008: Weekend discounts from $500 - $700
                    Weekly discounts from $900 - $1000
                    Based on group size; Please Contact
WINTER 2008: $775/Weekend   $1600/Week  + $150 extra days
SUMMER 2008: $1000/Week  + $125 extra days 
MONTHLY RENTAL: $3000 + Utilities

Mandatory Cleaning Fee: $90
Refundable Security Deposit: $300
