5445 Collins Avenue, just a few steps from the beach and just minutes from your front door, you will find the exclusive designer shops at Bal Harbor, exquisite art galleries, gourmet restaurants, and the exciting nightlife of South Beach. Plus located in the same building you have the famous Russian Turkish Baths w/ a cafe, yoga, dry cleaning service, salon & more....

The condo has an incredible ocean view and year round bay and ocean
breezes. Miami Beach's Mid Beach/ Millionaires Row area has long been
very desirable because it is a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek, allowing for oceanfront living , as well as, ocean access boating from the Indian Creek docks!

This 2-story condo offers a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Art Deco district is just five minutes away.

Ideally situated for visitors to the area. All of the rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped to give a feeling of being home away from home. The condo also has a variety of facilities and services that are sure to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers.

The condo is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , two story condo with a split-level plan it has a huge terraza with breathtaking views.  Bedrooms are located on the second floor with the living and dining room, and full kitchen located on the 1st floor. Accommodates 2 to 6 guests (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 King sofa bed).
New remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite top counters & a unique 1,450 sq. ft. layout. Hurry this Mezzaneen unit will not last long!


Due to tile being changed on the balcony at the moment there's a full balcony/terraza view but no access.

I drove from Tampa to Miami for five hours. One hour before arriving in Miami for a 3:00 p.m. check in I received a phone call from the owner that check in would have to be delayed until 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. because there was no water. When asked what I was supposed to do for six hours I basically was told to go find something to do. I asked if we could at least leave our bags at the condo and she said it would be fine. Upon arrival the housekeeper was attempting to clean the condo. We unpacked our things and after about 1/2 hr. I realized that it was very warm in the room. The air conditioning was not working in the condo nor was it working in the entire building. Due to the fact that we had nowhere else to go we stayed the night. The water never came back on and neither did the air conditioning. I tried contacting the owner three times and never received a call back. I couldn't use the wireless internet because it needed a code which I needed to get from the owner but obviously couldn't. When my daughter went downstairs in the morning to make herself a bagel in the toaster, she noticed roaches crawling out of it and all over the counter. Needless to say, there was no way we were staying in this condo. I tried to find somewhere else to go but everything was booked so we had to drive home 5 hours and basically our spring break was ruined. The large terrazza that is advertised is actually a large flat rooftop with no guardrails so I suggest if you have little ones you keep the sliding doors shut unless you want them to fall off the roof. The owner basically expected me to live amongst these conditions which included lack of water, air conditioning, the inability to flush toilets and roaches in the condo. I had children with me. Even if the water and air conditioning came back on the roaches certainly wouldn't be gone in a day. We left the property the following morning drenched with sweat and dirty since we couldn't take showers. I would not recommend this property to anyone. In addition, the building itself is run down. The walls in the hall are stark white with no decor at all and more or less resembles a psychiatric ward. I wish I could say I was exaggerating about our experience at this property but I am not. You would be better off staying at the Motel 8 for your vacation.

Owners response: You will enjoy the breath-taking view of the beatiful Miami Ocean when you stay in our unit, at a very reasonable price, MANY times as much as half the price of surrounding hotels (which allow 2-3 ppl only as opposed to 4-6 in ours).

As an owner I know I am exposed to people with unreasonable demands and expectations. These statement are not all true. We've had this listing for 3 years and no one has submitted such a review, that alone tells you statemetns are just blown out of proportion. The condo WAS used for one night and since it was reserved we missed the oportunity to rent it out to other people during those dates causing losses to us. Linens and towels had to be washed, garbage left behind had to be removed, we had to pay for cleaning but this guest does not want to admit breach of contract. The AC was working all the time and there's no way we can do anything about no water in the whole building, which came back. This guest wanted to stay for free until she could make up her mind.

Fortunatelly this is a rare- one time event. Our guests have been fine with everything so far.
