Newly built luxury villa - Large heated private pool
Golf course view - 15 minutes from Gulf Coast beaches.
Our beautiful new vacation home is located in the peaceful community
of Rotonda, on Florida's magnificent Gulf Coast. Furnished and
equipped to the highest standard, our guests are invited to
experience a luxurious, relaxing, trouble-free holiday.
Among the many special features offered are new desk-top computer
with High-speed Internet access, electrically heated pool, 6
ft.Jacuzzi jetted tub, and a superb built-in entertainment system
with surround sound, Sony flat-screen HDTV, and stereo speakers in
the pool area. You will even find all that you require for a day at
the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, etc.)
Great Room: A spacious lounge/family room with cathedral ceiling,
and sliding glass doors opening onto the pool deck. Lots of natural
light during the day, and a generous number of potlights and lamps
for the evening. There is also a separate Den/Sitting Room.
Master Bedroom with Ensuite: King size bed, walkout to pool, large
walk-in closet. Ensuite bathroom has twin vanities, Roman tiled
shower, separate w.c. room, and a Jacuzzi.
Private Guest Suite: Pocket doors provide complete privacy to the
Guest Suite area, which comprises of a foyer, French-door walkout to
the pool, Bedroom 2 & 3, and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 2 with Ensuite: Queen-size bed with picture-window view to
the pool and tropical gardens. 20in Cable TV. Ensuite bathroom also
has direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
Dining Area / Kitchen:
Bright and spacious, the dining area has sliding doors that open out
onto the lanai /pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen has a great
view to the pool and the lovely vista beyond. Also a breakfast bar
with bar stools.
Laundry / Utility Room:
Front loading washer and dryer, laundry tub, wall-to-wall built in
cabinets.
Swimming Pool, Deck, and Lanai:
In the covered lanai area is a patio table and chairs to comfortably
seat 8. It is well lit for evening enjoyment, and has built-in
stereo speakers. The lanai, pool, and deck are enclosed with a
screened 'cage' for a bug-free environment. There is a variety of
pool furniture on the deck - loungers, tables, chairs, and a deluxed
gas grill (BBQ)
Oversized (30ft) pool is great for laps!

Activities and Attractions
Beaches:
The spectacular Gulf Coast beaches of Englewood, Gasparilla and Boca
Grande, Manasota Key, are within a 15 minute drive. Enjoy swimming,
sun-bathing, shelling, or walking barefoot in the white sand, or
even
collecting pre-historic sharks' teeth!
Golf:
A golfer's heaven, there are 5 excellent golf course within 5-10
minutes drive, all open to the public. There are numerous others
within a 20 minute drive.
Fishing and Boating:
The area has some of the best fishing in the world. Boca Grande is
the "Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World". Fishing charters are
available, or you can hire your own boat and explore the waters of
the Gulf of Mexico, or the inter-coastal waterways.
Adventure Tours and Wildlife:
Take advantage of the many guided eco-tours of the area, or you can
hire a kayak or canoe, and explore the mangroves, or the incredible
Myakka State River Park. Wildlife abounds: you will see dolphins,
manatees, pelicans, cormorants, egrets, ibis, turtles, and yes, even
alligators!
Bicycling:
For the avid cyclist, or the 'leisure wheeler', this is cycling
paradise. Miles of low traffic roads, as well as lots of trails.
The friendly local cycling clubs welcome guests.
Shopping and Restaurants:
Numerous nearby shops, grocers, supermarkets, a large mall is 15
minutes away. Upscale shopping in Sarasota. A great variety of
dining options - from casual family restaurants, to upscale fine
dining. Great fresh seafood!

Vacation Rental Rates

1 Couple $850 per wk. inclusive of taxes, pool heat, etc.
2 Couples $950 per wk. inclusive of taxes, pool heat, etc.
Rental Rates
$950 to $1,050 per week.
20% deposit to confirm booking
Full payment is required 8 weeks before occupancy
Refundable security deposit($400)required at the time of full payment
Rates include utilities, local phone calls and cleaning on departure
Rates are exclusive of taxes (3% local plus 7% state)
Electric pool heat (optional) $80 per wk. (recommended Nov.-April)
