3 Bedroom ranch house on desirable Cross Lake in Cato, NY in the
Finger Lakes Region. Just launch your boat at the private access a
short distance away then tie it up to our dock for the week!!
Convenient and close to everything. Phenominal views of the lake
right from this waterfront property! 70 ft of water frontage.
One bedroom contains a set of twin bunk beds, other two bedrooms
contain Queen-sized beds. Futon in family room sleeps an additional
2.
Occupancy is limited to 8 people total, non-smokers; no pets are
permitted unless written permission is granted in advance. Pls inquire.
Casual, open floor plan. Property is long and goes
back 400 ft! Perfect for outdoor sports activities (bring your own
equipment).
Local area information:
The village of Cato is located at the crossroads of NYS Routes 370
(east and west) and 34 (north and south), making it easily
accessible to the New York State Thruway, eight miles away, Auburn
(20 miles south), Oswego (25 miles north), Syracuse (25 miles
southeast) and Rochester (50 miles west).
Note, an excellent nine hole golf course sits at the south edge
of the village, and a community built baseball field is used all
summer long by youth and adult softball teams. The old railroad bed
has been converted into a hiking/biking trail of 18 miles to Fair
Haven and a state park.

* House is fully stocked with typical amenities (i.e.dishes, toaster
oven, coffee maker, microwave, appliances, etc).
* 36 in color TV with VCR & DVD player.
* You must bring your OWN linens (sheets, towels, dish cloth, etc). We
will no longer be providing sheets or towels as of the 2009 season.

The Finger Lakes wine-growing region offers organized wine trails or
paths to make touring and exploring easier for you. Today, more than
100 wineries in the region produce in excess of 100 million bottles
of wine annually—certainly not a cottage industry! Actually, on a
volume basis we are the largest wine producing region outside of
California. The wineries of New York's Finger Lakes produce
virtually every variety of grape and vintage, but you'll love our
award-winning sparkling wines, Rieslings, Pinot Noir, Chardonnays
and Ice Wines. The closest of the Finger Lakes Wine Trails is the
Cayuga Lake Trail. Maps and details are on hand for your reference.
Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall is located in Waterloo about 20 min
drive from camp.

Rentals are for FULL week only. Check in/out are Saturday to Saturday
only.
Weekly Rates as follows:

*Month of May @ $770 per week ($110 per night)

*Month of June @ $805 per week ($115 per night)

*Month of July @ $1025 per week ($125 per night)

*Month of August @ $940 per week ($120 per night)

*Month of Sept(after Labor Day) $770 per Week ($110 per night)

Holiday rates: Add an additional $50 per week during a holiday week.
Check In time is 3:00 pm
Check Out time is 10:00 am
$100 Down Payment to hold reservation and
$150 Security Deposit 100% Refundable upon satisfactory completion
of your rental period, for a total of $250 due at signing.
