3 Bedroom ranch house on desirable Cross Lake in the Finger Lakes Region. Easy access to the Seneca River which connects to NYS Canal System. Close to wineries and various area attractions.
Our little cabin is nestled on a wooded, flat lot with 70ft of water frontage. Just launch your boat at the private access a short distance away then tie it up to our dock for the week!!

Casual, open floor plan. Property is long and goes back 400 ft! Perfect for outdoor sports activities (bring your own equipment).
Bedroom One contains a set of twin bunk beds
Bedroom Two contains a Queen bed
Bedroom Three also contains a Queen sized bed.
Occupancy is limited to 8 people total, non-smokers; no pets are
permitted.
Three night minimum stay required.
You must remove your trash from the premises at the end of your stay. A dumpster available for your use is close by (information will be provided). A $25 fee will apply for trash disposal if you do not remove your refuse at the end of your stay.

Our 2012 Season Rates as follows:
Flat rate of $125.00 per night. Discount may be given for extended stays. Contact us for details.
A minimum 3 night stay is required.
Check-in Time is 3:00 pm
Check Out time is 11:00 am
Down Payment equal to 1 night's Rent and a Security Deposit of $125.00 is required to hold reservation with balance due 30 days prior to Rental Start date.
Security Deposit is 100% Refundable upon satisfactory completion
of your rental period.
Other Policies: We ask that you respect nearby cottage tenants and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.

Garbage and recyclables are renters' responsibility-$25 fee applies if refuse left after check-out!
