a large veranda off the kitchen and open living room where you can
enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city. Both of
the second floor bedrooms open to another veranda where you can enjoy
the sun and warmth of Greece, curl up with a book. Enjoy an ouzo on
the roof terrace, overlooking the Acropolis, Lykavittos, the
mountains and the sea.
A fully operational, gourmet kitchen with granite counters,
dishwasher, stainless appliances and a floating island offer the
chance to prepare a meal of the freshest finds from one of three
nearby weekly farmers markets, or perhaps a purchase from the Central
Market that you just had to buy and can't take home. Dine al fresco
on the veranda, or under the stars on the roof terrace.
Just returning from a visit to the islands? Wash away the sea salt
from your clothes in the full size washing machine and dryer. No car
is needed to explore Athens, but if you have brought one, indoor
parking is available (extra fee). Spend the day sightseeing and
retreat to your own personal haven, a home away from home, to rest
and recharge before enjoying Athens by night.

the airport and the port of Pireaus.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates from 200 euro per night for up to 4 guests, 300 euro for 6
guests and 400 euro per night for 8 guests. Inquire about discounts
for weekly and monthly rentals. Please note rates do not include the
mandatory cleaning fee and damage deposit.
