Spectacular views, convenient yet private, Asheville Mountain Vista is
located just off scenic Town Mountain Road, a convenient 3 miles to
the heart of vivacious downtown Asheville & Pack Square. Three miles
in the other direction on Town Mountain Road takes you to the Blue
Ridge Parkway at Craven's Gap, just a few short miles to the Folk Art
Center, hiking trails and abundant outdoor activities. And if you enjoy hiking, you'll love the 3 mile trail that begins just a few hundred yards from the top of the driveway and ends at the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 40" High Definition Cable TV (with
a HiDef subscription), 2nd small cable TV in King Bedroom, two
interior rock fireplaces (wood supplied), Charcoal Grill, Washer/Dryer and
full kitchen amenities. This open-post beam home will house 10-12
guests. Bedroom 1 (3 guests) - King Bed & Single Twin Bed. Bedroom 2
(2 guests) - Queen. Bedroom 3 (2 guests) - Double Bed. Bedroom 4(3
guests) - Queen Bed & Single Twin. There is a Queen sleeper sofa (2
guests) in the open living area. There is deck access from 3 of the 4
bedrooms. All linens & towels are provided. Floor to ceiling windows
throughout the house take in the spectacular views.
Ample decking around the home on two levels, with an outdoor Hot
Tub,outdoor rock patio and outdoor fireplace provide the visitor with
a breathtaking setting for added outdoor enjoyment and outdoor living
space. There is a two car carport for your use as well.

Scenic Town Mountain Road ends at the Blue Ridge Parkway just 3 miles
from Asheville Mountain Vista, where activities are numerous, from
road cycling, auto-touring, hiking, motorcycling to craft shopping.
Also visit the Biltmore Estate (have your tickets waiting for you when
you check-in), or just enjoy the bustling, growing city of Asheville
itself with abundant fine dining, shopping & entertainment.
Many fun activities are within a one hour drive, including Chimney
Rock Park, the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, Great Smokey
Mountain Railway and Whitewater rafting.

"High Season" dates, Memorial Day through Labor Day (5 nt min), October (4 nt min) & Holiday Weeks (5 nt min): $425 wkend nts & short stays, $350 Sun/Thurs nights, $315 Mon/Tues/Wed nts, $2250 weekly.
"In-between" Sept, Nov, Dec, Apr, May, excepting Holiday Weeks (3 nt min): $385 wkend nts, $320 Sun/Thurs nights, $285 Mon/Tues/Wed nts, $1995 weekly.
"Winter" Jan, Feb, Mar, excepting Holiday Weeks (3 nt min): $340 wkend nts, $285 Sun/Thurs nights, $250 Mon/Tues/Wed nts, $1750 weekly.
Add 10.75% taxes to all totals, $250 refundable security deposit
required with check, or credit card held on file in lieu of actual
security deposit; acceptance of our Rental Agreement/Policies required
(see Rental Agreement on our website for details).
Minimum stay requirements may be waived on short notice of check-in date (usually around 30 days or less of ck in date) based on availability, so feel free to ask about shorter stays. Note: with short stays, the High Season wkend nightly rate applies.
Pets accepted with acceptance of Pet Agreement, $15 per pet per night or $75 per stay whichever is less.
Children of all ages are welcome at all of our properties.
