Lovely year round long range views, convenient yet private, Asheville Mountain Vista is located just off scenic Town Mountain Road, only 3 miles to
the heart of vivacious downtown Asheville & Pack Square. Three miles
in the other direction on Town Mountain Road takes you to the Blue
Ridge Parkway at Craven's Gap MPM 377.5, and just a few short miles to the Folk Art Center, hiking trails and abundant outdoor activities.  And if you enjoy hiking, you'll love the 3 mile trail that begins just a few hundred yards from the top of the driveway and ends at the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 40" High Definition Cable TV (with
a HiDef cable subscription), 2nd small cable TV in King Bedroom, two
interior rock fireplaces (wood supplied), Charcoal Grill, Washer/Dryer and
full kitchen amenities. This open-post beam home will house 10-12
guests. Bedroom 1 (3 guests) - King Bed & Single Twin Bed. Bedroom 2
(2 guests) - Queen. Bedroom 3 (2 guests) - Double Bed. Bedroom 4(3
guests) - Queen Bed & Single Twin. There is a Queen sleeper sofa (2
guests) in the open living area. There is deck access from 3 of the 4
bedrooms. All linens & towels are provided. Floor to ceiling windows
throughout the house take in the lovely year-round mountain views.
Ample decking around the home on two levels, with an outdoor Hot
Tub,outdoor rock patio and outdoor fireplace provide the visitor with
a breathtaking setting for added outdoor enjoyment and outdoor living
space. There is a two car carport for your use as well.

Scenic Town Mountain Road ends at the Blue Ridge Parkway just 3 miles
from Asheville Mountain Vista, where activities are numerous, from
road cycling, auto-touring, hiking, motorcycling to craft shopping.
Also visit the Biltmore Estate (have your discounted tickets waiting for you when
you check-in), or just enjoy the bustling, growing city of Asheville
itself with abundant eclectic local dining, shopping & entertainment.
Many fun activities are within a one hour drive, including Chimney
Rock Park, the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, Great Smokey
Mountain Railway and Whitewater rafting.

Rates vary depending on Season & # of nights staying.  The more nights you stay, the lower the nightly rate, the more week days you stay, the more you save!  Minimum stay requirements apply:

Low Season: 1st Sunday in January after NYD through first Thursday in April, 2 night min stay.

Mid Season: April through mid-June, mid-August through September, November through mid December, excepting Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and Thanksgiving Week. 3 night min stay required

High Seasons: Memorial Day Weekend Labor Day Weekend, mid-June through mid-August, October (leaf season), 4 night min stay required

Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Holiday Weeks - 5 night min stay required.

Short stays may be available on short notice (w/in 30 days), where there are "pinch nights" and on weekday nights, with a $50 surcharge added to totals.

Add 10.75% taxes to all totals, except monthly stays when no tax is required.

Pets OK, add $10/night/pet, or $50 /pet/stay, whichever is less (non-refundable

privilege fee).  Must agree to pet agreement:

No pets on furniture, clean pet-waste out of yard, crate unattended pets indoors.  The pet fee is a privilege fee not a damage deposit.  Should your pet cause any additional damages, violate the pet agreement or be the cause excessive cleaning, additional fees will be charged in excess of the privilege fee.
