property offers the feeling of an all-inclusive resort with the
amenities of home as well. The balcony has a SW exposure (more sun
in the winter)! New 2006. Features include: 2 TV's w/DVD, cable,
W/D. Complex has it's own Restaurant/cafe, adult pool with jacuuzi
as well as a full sized kiddie pool, beachside tiki bar, grills,
gazebo, hammocks and a fitness center. The atrium area features a
fountain and benches to relax at. Covered parking, elevators. Master

Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us for 10 days!! We had such a wonderful time. The condo was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed to feel at home. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the pool was gorgeous and the beach was spectacular! We loved Treasure Island and everything it had to offer--it was our first visit and we hope to come back someday! This rental property exceeded our expectations and we feel blessed to have found it and such a great owner to deal with! Thank you!!! Our only complaint was that we had to leave....:0(

Rented this condo for 10 days in Mar/10 and was totally satisfied. The listing was completely accurate, and the property and condo was very clean and well-maintained. This is my number one requirement when travelling. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives without hesitation. We had a great view of the gulf from our balcony. The beach was gorgeous, as were the sunsets. The little beach bar had karaoke type entertainment every afternoon which was fun. My teenagers loved it as well. We were very close to John's Pass where we went parasailing and rented wave-runners. Publix and Walgreens were close by for all our groceries and necessities. Just a short distance to all the gulf beaches from Clearwater down to Pass A Grille. Was glad we decided to stay in Treasure Island, as we considered staying in Clearwater, but the day we visited Clearwater, it was crazy busy with vacationers, the traffic was crazy as well. There were line ups to use the restrooms. It was nice to head back to our condo in Treasure island and enjoy the beautiful beach at Sunset Vistas. We also visited Busch Gardens, and the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa which was a 40 minute drive from the condo. If I had to point out one negative, it would be that the pool closed fairly early at 10:00pm especially for teenagers, but wasn't a huge deal. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, and we are looking forward to returning in the future.

Recommended for: families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car

A great place to stay!

Our family wanted to spend a relaxing Thanksgiving together and this property was perfect to do that.
We had a wonderful time and everything we needed during our stay (including to cook and enjoy our dinner). The place was as described, clean and well kept. Making the reservation was easy.We had a designated parking spot and everything we needed (e.g. Publix, CVS) close by. The beach is as close as the pictures show and Sunset Vistas is the only building in the area that has a beach bar and live music.
We will definitely return next year and have recommended it to our friends.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway
