Rent this beautiful lake home by the weekend, week or month. Conveniently located directly across  
from Hickory Creek Marina only minutes from Fayetteville and Rogers. Take a walk along the lake or  
enjoy breathtaking views from our large covered porch. This house has just been renovated and has  
all new paint, hardwood floors and a new kitchen with new appliances. This 2-3 bedroom, two bath  
house is completely furnished and ready for you to move in.  
 
The Carriage House is ideal for the high tech junkie who also wants peace and serenity!  This house  
has all the modern conveinces with all brand new applicances and dishwasher, plus two stereo systems  
both with jacks ready for you to plug in your I-Pod or MP3 player.  TVs/DVDs and/or VCRs in every  
room.  A new large flat screen HD TV has just been added... perfect for watching games or movies.  
Whether you just want to sit on the covered deck and listen to music or play video games and watch  
TV the Carriage House has what you are looking for. 
 
This Beaver Lake cottage has an excellent water front location on the end of a peninsula directly  
across from Hickory Creek State Park.  This carriage house is located directly across the street  
from our premier property and when you rent this house you have complete lake access to the private  
beach in front of this house.  
 
Sit on our large covered porch and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage as you  
enjoy the fantastic panoramic views of Beaver Lake 
   
House has just been totally remodeled with all new hardwood floors new paint, fixtures and  
appliances.   This house is complete with two bedrooms plus a hugh kitchen and living rooms both  
with futons and fold out couches.  The Main bedroom has a new queen size bed and TV with DVD  
player.  The other bedroom has a full size bed and also has a TV/VCR player.  
 
You’ll love this large, bright and open kitchen complete with all new appliances.  All of properties  
have everything you need to cook and dine from pots & pans to plates & silverware.   Play a board  
game or cards from our large 6 person table while you look out over the lake or sit on the futon and  
just relax.  
 
The best room in this house is the huge living room which is over 400 square feet.  Like the rest of  
the house it has hardwood floors and is tastefully decorated.  There is a fireplace to keep you warm  
during the colder weather and has a couple of couches, day beds and futons to spread out and talk,  
play games or watch TV on the large TV complete with a VCR/DVD and plenty of movies, plus the large  
flat screen TV mounted above the fire place.  Like all of our properties we try to make your stay  
fun and memorable and throw in extra like games and movies and satellite television. There is also a  
washer and dryer for your use.  
 
This a great piece of property with a gentle sloped lawn and lots of outdoor furniture for your  
comfort and plenty of things to do from swimming to horse shoes.   
 
The covered porch is where you’ll be spending most of your time.  Either relaxing on our outdoor  
furniture or on our porch slider with a cup of coffee or a cool beverage or cooking on our large  
stainless steel propane grill or the electric smoker.  You’ll love this outdoor living area… it’s a  
great place to watch the kids play and enjoy the beautiful lake views.  
 
A complete marinais located directly across the lake with boat docks, ski boats and pontoon boats  
vailable for rent.  A restaurant and convenience store is also located at the marina.  There is also  
a state park; Hickory Creek, offering a swim area, picnic tables, camping, and a complete play  
ground for your enjoyment.

Lots to do on this acre of water front property.  Some of the area's best fishing is waiting for you  
right in front of the property.  Or, just relax and enjoy yourself by sitting on our huge completely  
covered deck and watch the kids swim in front of the house.  The area is abundant with natural  
beauty with beautiful cliffs and mountain views from the property.  While there is not a boat dock  
you can anchor or tie a boat on shore in front of the house and directly across from the property is  
Hickory Creek Marina which rents ski boats and pontoons.  
 
 
Vacation Rental Rates 
We would love to have you stay with us for a couple of days, a week or a couple of weeks.  Rates run  
from $400 to $1000 per week depending on time of the year and # of people, with discounts for  
multiple weeks, off-season rentals and returning guests.
