Rent this rustic lake home by the weekend, week or month. Conveniently located directly across from Hickory Creek Marina only minutes from Fayetteville and Rogers. Take a walk along the lake or enjoy breathtaking views from our large covered porch.  This 3 bedroom, two bath house is completely furnished and ready for you to move in. 

This house has all the modern conveinces you need, plus  TVs/DVDs and/or VCRs in almost every room. The living room has two large TVs... perfect for watching games or movies. Whether you just want to sit on the covered deck under the outdoor celing fan and listen to music or play video games and watch TV the Carriage House has what you are looking for. We have also just added a pool table for your kids enjoyment.

In Winter of 2013 we remodeled both bath rooms with ceramic tile and the kitchen.  We also added a flat screen TV in the living room and a 3rd bedroom with a king bed.... great house for up to 8 adults and kids with your own lake front beach right in front of the house along with a ramp to put your boat in the water or use Hickory Creek Marina right across the cove.  This property is awesome for families with small kids because of the gently sloped water in the cove directly in front of the house. 

This Beaver Lake cottage has an excellent water front location on the end of a peninsula directly across from Hickory Creek State Park. This carriage house is located directly across the street from our premier property and when you rent this house you have complete lake access to the private beach in front of this house where you are welcome to tie up a boat or rent one from our neighbor or the local Marina.

Sit on our large covered porch under the outdoor celing fan and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage as you enjoy the fantastic panoramic views of Beaver Lake

This house is complete with two (albeit small) bedrooms plus a hugh kitchen and living rooms both with both futons and day beds. The Main bedroom has a new queen size bed and TV with DVD player. The other bedroom also has a queen bed and TV.

You'll love this large, bright and open kitchen complete with all new appliances. All of properties have everything you need to cook and dine from pots & pans to plates & silverware. Play a board game or cards from our large 6 person table while you look out over the lake or sit on the futon and just relax.

The best room in this house is the huge living room which is over 400 square feet. Like the rest of the house it has hardwood floors and is tastefully decorated. We have just added a professional Foosball table for kids or young adults to enjoy.  A couple of couches, day beds and futons to spread out and talk, play games or watch TV on the large TV complete with a VCR/DVD and plenty of movies. Like all of our properties we try to make your stay fun and memorable and throw in extras like games and movies and satellite television. There is also a washer and dryer for your use.

This a great piece of property with a gentle sloped lawn and lots of outdoor furniture for your comfort and plenty of things to do from swimming to horse shoes.

The covered porch is where you'll be spending most of your time. Either relaxing on our outdoor furniture under the ceiling fan or on our porch slider with a cup of coffee or a cool beverage or cooking on our large stainless steel propane grill or the charcoal grill. You'll love this outdoor living area it's a great place to watch the kids play and enjoy the beautiful lake views, all the while sitting under the shade of a beautiful large Sycamore Tree.

A complete marina is located directly across the lake with boat docks, ski boat, jet skis and pontoon boats vailable for rent. A restaurant and convenience store is also located at the marina. There is also a state park; Hickory Creek, offering a swim area, picnic tables, camping, and a complete play ground for your enjoyment.

This property is located on a peninsula and has Lake access across the street at our other property. The area is a great place to take a walk along this Army Corps managed lake. There is a large cove and gently sloped lake bottom that is a great place to swim, boat and ski.

Lots to do on this acre of water front property. Some of the area's best fishing is waiting for you right in front of the property. Or, just relax and enjoy yourself by sitting on our huge completely covered deck and watch the kids swim in front of the house. The area is abundant with natural beauty with beautiful cliffs and mountain views from the property. While there is not a boat dock you can anchor or tie a boat on shore in front of the house and directly across from the property is Hickory Creek Marina which rents ski boats and pontoons.


Vacation Rental Rates
We would love to have you stay with us for a couple of days, a week or a couple of weeks. Rates run from $750 to $1150 per week depending on time of the year and # of people, with discounts for multiple weeks, off-season rentals and returning guests.

There is outdoor furnature for up to 8 people to sit comfortable and like all of our properties includes a propane grill. This property is located on a peninsula and has Lake access right in front of the property, plus a ramp to put your boat in the water, or drop it across the lake at Hicorky Creek Marina and state park and then park the boat in front of hte house.   The area is a great place to take a walk along this Army Corps managed lake. There is a large cove and gently sloped lake bottom that is a great place to swim, fish, boat and ski.  This is a great house for small kids with a gentle sloped cove in front of the house.

We would love to have you stay with us for a couple of days, a week or a couple of weeks.  Rates run $225 a night and $1250 per week in the Summer but discounts for other times of the year.  Tax and an additional booking and cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit also apply.
