just minutes to Sandhill Cove, Block Island Ferry, Scarborough

near Pt Judith. Completely remodeled home with all new appliances
and furniture, ceramic tile, washer & dryer, and AC. The interior
is very airy and bright with just over 900 sqft. All three bedrooms
have ocean views and two of three bedrooms have their own outside
doors. A corner lot with large yard area, parking for 4 cars, a
grilling area and custom outside (hot/cold) shower. There is a
small storage shed for extra gear, bicycles, etc.

Property has been completely renovated! Everything is new including
a new bedroom that opens to an oceanview patio. Washer, dryer,
dishwasher, gas range, microwave, coffee maker, cable
TV, gas grill, outside shower, extra storage. Beach toys, chairs
and bicycle are provided.
All Dishes, utencils, pots & pans, coffee mugs, etc are provided.

Activities and Attractions
Located 3 minutes from Pt Judith lighthouse with ease of access in
and out of the beach area.
Just minutes to: Fisherman's Wharf & state park, Galilee, Sandhill
Cove, Scarborough Beach (and 4 state beaches close by).
Providence and Newport are approximately 30 minutes away.
Some of the best Salt Water fishing and lobster in the Northeast.
You can buy lobster right off the fishing boats.
5-10 minute drive to shopping area (Stop and Shop), Fun Center (go
carts, etc), cleaners, restaurants (Spain restaurant), and other
shopping.
Narragansett is a true beach town and there is plenty to do! Once
you come you will return every year!
