We have carefully included all items you would expect to have back home including a fully- equipped kitchen, TV and cable in every bedroom, and extra storage space for your visit. Basically it is resort style living.

Condo has great amenities such as 24 hour full-valet service, 24 hour security, tiki bar, free beach chair and umbrella service on the beach, state of the art gym, mini-grocery store and cafe, salon and recreational room. The building is pet friendly as well.
Activities and Attractions
It is a short ride away to the famous South Beach area, Lincoln Road Mall, Bal Harbour Shops and other great restaurant and shopping destinations. All the expected activities are within a short distance: fishing, diving, snorkeling, biking, running, etc.

High Season (December - April) - $3,500 to $4,500 per month (WE ARE CURRENTLY BOOKING FOR THE 2008 HIGH SEASON) Low Season (May - November) - $2,500 to $3,500 per month
