Have you ever wanted to stay in a log home? Well this is a perfect
opportunity to do just that at beautiful Lake Anna. “Lakeside Lodge”
is a newly constructed (April 06) four bedroom, 3 bath lake view home
that is ready to welcome you for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. Our
home has a fantastic great room with breathtaking views of the lake
through our giant picture windows and a floor to ceiling gas log
fireplace.
The island kitchen is great for entertaining and overlooks the great
room and dining room. With 20 foot vaulted ceilings in the great
room, you will definitely have the Lakeside lodge feel to enjoy. The
master bedroom and bath are upstairs with a terrific lake view. Many
beautiful sunrises over the lake can be enjoyed from the comfort of
your king size bed. There are also two bedrooms with queen size beds
and a full bathroom on the main floor. The fourth bedroom with
another queen size bed and another full bath are downstairs along
with a game room and overflow sleeping accommodations (twin daybed
with popup). The Gameroom also includes a 9’ shuffle board and
electronic darts, the game room is a great place to just
hang out and chill. The 800 square foot wrap around deck and covered
porch with comfortable patio furniture for 12 is ideal for relaxing,
and overseeing water activities. When its time to feed the gang you
can be right in the middle of the party with the Large 6 burner gas
grill right on the deck. We know you will enjoy this experience at
Lakeside Lodge and will want to return many times. For everyone’s
enjoyment this is a non-smoking home and we think you will appreciate
this.

Activities and Attractions
Even though Lake Anna is just an hour away from Northern Virginia or
Richmond, it is a totally different world. With many fun places like
Lake Anna Winery and Cooper Winery are not far away. Golfing is also
nearby. The lake is just a short walk away to the community boat launch.
Swimming, water skiing, tubing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, jet
skiing and fishing are just some of the draws of the lake. Lake
Anna State Park is close and has many things to offer, such as a beach,
picnic areas, hiking trails and historical and nature programs.
Marinas are also nearby where boats, jet skis and water toys can be
rented. Local activities are going on throughout the year. Kings
Dominion is less than an hour away. Charlottesville, James Madison’s
Montpelier and Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello are also just a short
drive away.

High Season Rates (May-September 26, 2008):$1550/week
Off-season Rates (September 27, 2008 – May 15, 2009): $1000/week
To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the
Rental rate, plus a $500 security deposit. The balance is due 30
Days prior to check-in. Funds may be paid by certified check or
personal check if time permits.
Rentals are from Friday to Friday. Check In is 3:00 pm Friday.
Check Out is 10:00 am Friday morning.
A $500.00 security deposit is required for all rentals. Once
property is inspected for damages and key is returned the deposit
will be returned within 30 days.
Pets Welcome $25/nightly and $250 additional security deposit
