Bedrooms:This 4/5 Bedroom villa comes with Two Master Suites, with Queen size beds, double French doors leading to the Pool area and looking south out over the beautiful South Gulf Cove waterways.
Two Twin Bedded rooms and Two Family rooms, one of which has a fold out Queen bed, so, with cot or baby crib can sleep 11. The Bathrooms are two en-suite and one family bathroom.

House Alarm: On all doors and windows, this villa has a full Security alarm
system, that is linked to a central station, with panic buttons for Police, Fire and Ambulance service.

This villa has a large Kitchen , with table,chairs & high chairs to seat 8, Dinning area seating 8, Laundry room and double garage.

Entertainment: It is superbly furnished and equipped, including High Speed Wireless Internet, 32" HDLCDTV's with HD Satellite DVR recorders in both Family rooms and 19" LCDTV's with Satelitte in both Master Bedrooms. Plus CD players and Hi-Fi's in both Family rooms, and fully Air-Conditioned & Heated throughout.

Waterway: This is on a Deep Water canal, that provides wonderful trips around the area, checking out the wildlife; has easy access to South Gulf Cove nature reserve, Port Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.

The weather was great (Very Hot) and we made full use of the pool and spa. My son was over the moon that there was a Shamu in the pool (As in your pictures). Hi Barry,                                                                                                            The villa was clean, spacious and immediately easy to use.  What a perfect location on a pretty waterway, with a boat dock, pool and Jacuzzi.  It was so lovely and quiet. We found it really relaxing.  It's was just as you described it, just a 5 minute drive to the shops, and a short (20 minute) drive to beautiful Gasprilla Island and those many lovely beaches. We also loved Stump Pass and Blind Pass beaches.  Just amazing, so much less packed full of people than European beaches.                                                                                           The villa is obviously well-maintained. We made good use of the fishing rods and gear provided.  I will recommend this villa to everyone.  Given the number of people it sleeps, it's an absolute bargain compared to hotels we have stayed in.                                                                                                                     Tom & Denise Smith. First, let me thank you for allowing us into your lovely Florida home, we had a marvelous time! Your home was everything we could have asked for and more.  It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and so well stocked with linen, kitchen necessities, toys, etc.  The pool and hot tub got a LOT of use!  Our 3 year old granddaughter was in heaven!

Pool & Spa:

There is a 30ft x 13ft Heated Pool with a separately heated Spa/Hot Tub that seats 8. The rear of this villa faces South and has the Sun all day.

Lanai & Sun Deck: The covered Lanai is 30ft x 10ft and the Sun Deck is over 30ft. The whole rear of this villa is fully caged and is not over looked on any sides.

Pool Alarm: All doors and windows that lead to the Pool area have an independent alarm system, to warn you if the kids try and get to the pool without your knowledge?

Private Boat Dock & Boat Lift: There is a 50ft Private Dock with a 9klb Boat lift. Great fishing to be had from this dock and the fun of cooking it on the villa Grill?

Boat Hire: We have an arrangement with a local boat yard, which has a large fleet of boats of all sizes. We can arrage your hire at very good discounted rates.

The villa is fully equipped, including all linen, crockery and towels, even beach towels and toys. Just bring food, drink and yourselves.

Help: We have a local Management Company, who live very close, to assist you anytime 24/7.

Beaches: The villa is very close to 9 wonderful 'sugar sand' beaches all within a 20 minute drive, with some of the best shelling and shark tooth collecting to be had on the whole South Gulf Coast.

Golf: There are 20+ wonderful Golf courses within 20-60 minute drive, including 4 championship courses and even a 24 hour floodlite course just 6 miles away.  All courses welcome children over 8, and hire out all equipment needed.

Boating: From our dock, the beautiful Gulf Cove nature reserve is just 15 minutes sailing time away, via which, Port Charlotte sound is 20 minutes, then out to the Gulf of Mexico.                                                                                       
Fishing: We provide FOC a full range of Fresh & Salt Water fishing rods & gear for all ages as there is great fishing to be had in all areas, including our dock.

Shopping: Port Charlotte for all department stores is only 15 miles away, with a large Publix supermarket and two petrol stations, only 3 miles away.                                                                                                                              
Manual: We list in our villa manual over 20 great local restaurants, there are all sorts of 'take-outs' locally, but why not cook your own 'catch of the day' on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill?

DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER PERIODS:
Stay of 3 weeks and get an extra 5% dicount, 4-7 weeks gets an extra 10% discount, 8-11 weeks gets 15% and if you stay for 12 weeks or more you would get 20% discount.

Pool & Spa/Hot Tub Heaters:
Normally the Pool is around 27c/84f & the Spa 30c/90f, but if you want the Pool up to 30c/90f & Spa to 36c/104f you will need extra heat? We charge $200.00 per week plus tax.

Spa: If you don't want the heaters, but would still like the Spa Air Bubbles turned on, we can arrange that for just $45.00 per week plus tax.

BBQ/Gas Grill:
To hire the villa Grill, we charge $60.00 per week, plus tax.
This includes it's cleaning at the end of your stay and one full bottle of Gas.

Internet Access: Free use of our High Speed Wireless Internet connection. All local telephone calls, including internet, are also free. All other calls will be charged to your Security deposit.

Baby Cribs or Small Child Cots:
Rental of these items is $60.00 per week, plus tax. Includes all Bedding.
High chairs @ $45 per week.
