Our uniquely designed beach house in Cardiff is located 20 miles
from
downtown San Diego. It has awesome panoramic views of the ocean
from
the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, sundeck, yard, kitchen and
dining room. Watch them surf from the kitchen! The house is very comfortable, open and airy with
hardwood floors throughout, open beam ceiling, abundant windows,
french doors, fireplace, a well equipt kitchen upstairs and a 2nd
kitchen downstairs. We have 4 bedrooms (2 are master bedrooms) the other 2 have a
queen
bed.

The 4 bedroom (1 king, 3 queen beds) house is located in a
quiet neighborhood within a few blocks walking distance to the
beach,
market, restaurants, shops, library and post office. Several
excellent surf spots are down the street, public golf courses are
nearby, and the Del Mar Race Tract is 12 minutes away. The drive to
the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, and the airport is
approximately a 20 minute drive.
