Vacation Rental Description

Located on Kauai's North Shore on 5 acres with lovely views of 
mountains and ocean.  Quiet, secluded, rejuvenating... location is 
perfect for your family reunion, wedding group, corporate retreat,
wellness or yoga group.  Facility  accommodates up to 14 people in 6
bedrooms.  There is a spacious covered lanai with comfortable seating
and full spectrum lighting for night time use.Kitchen/dining/living
greatroom is designed specifically with group comfort in mind.  The
pool is 40 steps away and is adjacent to the B &B (separate building)
 which has two deluxe rooms that sleep two in each room with private
baths (inquire if interested).

lawn bowling/ cableTV/DVDw/movies, stereo/CD center/ gas BBQ, 
large washer/dryer/ fully equipped kitchen w/granite counter tops,

bamboo floors in bedrooms/freshly furnished, tile bath/showers/ 
beach equipment/ beach towels/ beach chairs/ umbrellas/ body 
boards/ snorkel gear/  books and board games/ high speed remote or wire
internet access/crib/playpen;  please ask ...Catering maid service,

Activities and Attractions

Located minutes from 72 hole Princeville Golf Course , The 
Prince Spa, and resort shopping.  Near secluded pristine 
beaches unknown to most tourists.  Kayaking, luaus,helicopter 
rides, hiking, snorkeling, surfing, boat rides, horseback riding,  
and deep sea fishing charters are all nearby. Sight seeing is 
spectacular with visit to Kilauea light house and nearby botanical 
gardens sure to please.  Or just lounge by the pool and take in 
the peaceful and beautiful surroundings.  There are several 
restaurants to choose from and when making a reservation ask for
activity info and owner will send a packet of information on
restaurants and activities available on Kauai.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2500 per week for up to 10 people using 5 bedrooms or  $2800  per wk
for 11-14 using all six bedrooms for up to 18 people please inquire
A $300.00 deposit is required to secure reservation
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
cancellation refund given for 60+ days prior notice
