The rental is very clean and organized. Space was plenty. They even had an enclosed patio (great for price). Everything is as written. We loved the floor plan and feel that the designer did a wonderful job with the space. We walked to the waterpark, which took minutes and drove to the beach. The pool was a bit small for the development’s size, but like everything else, very clean and organized.
The owner was very hard to communicate with in all instances. Amongst other things, after deposit was paid, it took a week to get owner verification of receipt. And owner has troublesome policies like mailing keys to rental far in advance or your arrival. So the next renter has keys prior to your departure. Even the note returning our deposit was absent of a thank you or any pleasantries.
We are not used to such coldness from vacation rental landlords. We would not rent here again based solely on the demeanor of the landlord/owner. This is a shame because other-wise, the place is great.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
