This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor neighborhood is located less than a mile and a half to the beach and boardwalk where there are endless activities and entertainment options.

Aside from the beach, you can enjoy our swimming pool and tennis court in the complex which is for residents and guests only.  Or you can walk to an adventure at Jungle Jim’s Waterpark right next door with Go-Karts, mini-golf, batting cages, bumper boats and more.  And its shoppers paradise just a 5 minute walk from the condo at the tax-free Tangier shopping outlets.

Conveniently located just a two minute walk from the Park & Ride facility, you could literally hang up your car keys for the week for a stress free vacation!  Board the shuttle bus to various destinations around downtown Rehoboth, to the shopping outlets, even on to Dewey Beach, Lewes and Ocean City, MD

Enjoy your breakfast/dinner in the sunshine with our enclosed sun room patio with BBQ grill.  The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and utensils, cleaning products etc. everything you need to feel right at home. The house has central air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in each bedroom, living room and front room.

The only thing you really need to bring is bed linens and towels! Everything else is provided.

There is plenty of parking with a car garage space + 3 dedicated parking spaces. Additional visitor parking is available on Duvall Blvd. (end of court) on a first come basis.

This is a no-smoking home and no pets are allowed.

Within walking distance of the condo are many restaurants and amenities including the Fractured Prune Donut Shop, the Arena Cafe (a locals favorite), The Big Fish Grill (a very nice seafood restaurant) and of course shopping! - the TAX-FREE Tangier Outlet Shops are right on your doorstep.
