My husband and I rented this home for a business trip to the area. I was so taken with this precious property that I have extended my stay for a few more weeks. The location is just perfect. Far enough away from the busy part of town but within an easy distance to everything. I walk every night along the Lake Way path, which faces the intercoastal waterway and watch the sun set. I didn't expect the walks to be as breathtaking as they are and I am so pleased. We have a rental car so we are free to explore all the beaches to the south of Palm Beach also. There are some wonderful state parks with lifeguards and wide white beaches.

The home itself has such a well conceived floor plan with every thing you could need. Well designed and comfortably furnished with a tasteful tropical feel. Sparkling clean and neat. The floor plan offers privacy with two bedrooms at the back of the house and two bedrooms at the front. Great plan for couples traveling together as well as families. Cute kitchen with laundry room attached to the side. The kitchen is comfortable and seems larger than the photos. The whole house has a very wonderful, warm, welcoming feel to it.

There is an outdoor room that opens up to the pool and on all four sides to the rest of the yard. Lush tropical plantings and a saltwater pool complete with pool floats and chairs. BBQ grill and outdoor dining area which we use almost every night when we are not out at the amazing restaurants in town. In the past many of the businesses closed for the summer, that being considered the slow part of the year but it seems that many, many restaurants and stores are still open, and doing good business. Amici Market is one of our fave take out spots, with the Cubano hot sandwich voted tops by us. Amici, along with C'est Si Bon are great little gourmet markets with everything from homemade ice cream and baked muffins to very nice French wines.

I am so pleased that I chose this property and I feel that it has made me fall in love a bit with this whole area. I am from a very busy, high pressure city and Palm Beach has been a wonderful decompression chamber for me. It's hard to get too stressed out when the top speed limit in this beautiful beach town is 30 mph!
