Rental Rate Policy: A 25% Security Deposit to Reserve. Balance Due
upon Arrival
Dec-March: $1,200 per week; $3,700 per month; 225 per day w/3 day 
minimum
Oct,Nov, and May: $900 per week; $2700 per month; 175 per day
June-Sept: $750 per week; $1700 per month; $135 per day
There is also a 11% sales and vacation tax.
Cancellation policy: 
Full refund of deposit if cancellation is more than 14 days before
scheduled arrival date. Deposit is forfeited if cancellation is less
than or equal to 14 days of scheduled arrival date.
