You and your guests will definitely enjoy the quiet (local traffic
only), forest-setting of this single story 3bdrm 2bth cabin with 2
car garage built in 1995 and located in the heart of resort
community of Tahoe-Donner just off Highway 80. This cabin is a
perfect getaway for your next ski vacation or spring,summer,fall time
activities. It is fully furnished with, slate entrance, new carpet,
hardwood floor, a spacious kitchen and dining area with large great
room with wood stove and vaulted ceilings throughout. Looking out
from kitchen, great room and master bedroom you have spectacular
wilderness views. Enjoy those relaxing summer evenings on secluded
redwood deck.
Sleeps 8 to 10...two bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with
queen size bed, sofa bed, queen size air bed and to portable cribs.

Cabin Amenities: Includes gas kitchen stove, microwave, fully
furnished kitchen(dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooking
utensils, dishes, etc.)refrigerator w/ice maker, Cable TV, High Speed
Internet, Video/DVD Player, Unlimited phone calls to all 50 states,central heat, snow blower ( we have snow removal contract)  and firewood.
Tahoe Donner Amenities: Tahoe Donner Ski Hill, cross country skiing,
children�s sledding area, enjoy swimming in heated lap pool, relax
in the spa, steam room, sauna or fitness room. In the
Spring/Summer/Fall months, enjoy Donner Lake Beach; play golf,
tennis, basketball, volleyball; aerobics, swimming, sailing, rock
climbing, biking, equestrian center, spectacular hiking and river
rafting down the Truckee River.

ALL RATES ABOVE ARE DISCOUNTED 40% FOR OCCUPANCY BETWEEN May 1 to
June 12 and Sept 10 to Nov. 14 though 2014. Must stay at least
two nights to receive discount.
LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS DISCOUNT
All rates above will be discounted additional 30% if reservations
are made within 6 days of occupancy.
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
15% Discount: Make your reservations at least 60 days in advance and
agree to a non refundable $300 ($500 Holidays & 30 Day Rentals) reservation fee if
you cancel for any reason. Your reservation fee becomes your
security deposit upon occupancy and is fully refundable after
occupancy assuming there is no damage and cabin is properly cleaned.
Rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to occupancy and is non refundable,
however if we are still able to rent the Cabin for those days you
were schedule to stay, you will recieve a credit toward your next
stay less 15%for overhead cost.
