owned two-level home is one of six Bahia Pez Vela resort villas on 
the beach. The astounding view from our beautiful, fully equipped 
and upgraded 3-bedroom villa offers charming Costa Rican atmosphere 
along with all the modern conveniences. Listen to the waves of the 
Pacific serenade you to sleep. 
We are perfectly situated to explore the natural wonders of Costa 
Rica’s six National parks, unspoiled beaches, volcanoes, hot 
springs, rainforest and diverse wildlife. Enjoy world-class scuba 
diving, surfing, snorkelling and deep-sea fishing in the blue waters 
of the Papagayo Gulf – the gem of the Guanacaste Province.

The Resort Amenities:
Restaurant  - The "Picante" Restaurant serves North American and 
              Local delicacies at moderate prices (Entrees  $7.00 -  
              $12.00).
              Picante is opened from 10:00 AM to Midnight.
Pool       - The "Infinity" Pool offers a spectacular view of the  
             Pacific while you cool off in the crystal clear water.
Beach      - Steps away from your Villa is a private ebony beach 
             that offers a variety of options. Enjoy the sandy beach 
             in the middle, great for building sand castles, playing 
             bocce ball, or bathing in 80-degree water. The sides 
             are surrounded by a rock basin formed by past lava 
             flows. This area is great for exploring, snorkelling 
             and investigating marine life. 
Internet   - For those guests that need to be connected to the 
             outside world, the villa offers RDSI Internet access.   
Maid Svcs  - Daily maid service including laundry is offered as an 
             option at a very reasonable price.
Grocery    - The resort has a small convenience store on site for 
             some of the common items. Additionally, groceries can 
             be ordered and delivered to the Villa prior to your 
             arrival for a small charge. The local Grocery store is 
             located approximately 12 minutes from the Villa.
Banking    - The Bank is situated beside the Grocery Store and 
             provides a range of services to visitors.
