second floor of the South Tower at Seawatch Resort. Breathtaking
views of the ocean and Seawatch pools greet you from the numerous
windows in the living room and dining room as well as the master
bedroom, or step out on the large wraparound balcony to enjoy
oceanfront views and a morning cup of coffee.
The master bedroom boasts a large king-sized bed with new pillow
top mattress, TV and private bathroom. Kids or adults will enjoy the
large, second bedroom with two double beds, also with new
pillow top mattresses, and a TV and VCR. The third bedroom is
furnished with a queen-sized bed, TV and DVD player. In addition,
the living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed, enabling the unit
to sleep up to 10 people. The large fully equipped kitchen includes
a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-
maker, toaster, and a blender for frozen tropical drinks! Relax in
the spacious living room and enjoy the new 47" LCD HDTV with a home
theater entertainment system, which is MP3 compatible and capable of
playing your DVD's in high definition. The unit also includes a
convenient washer/dryer.

Dear Joe,
Thank you so much for allowing us to rent the Seawatch condo
last week. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The views from the
unit are wonderful, as you promised. The condo is well equipped
and the large TV was a bonus. It was nice to be able to use my iPod,
as well. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed. I am now
encouraging (he calls it "nagging"!!) my husband to get a pillowtop
mattress!
We also enjoyed many local attractions throughout the week such
as mini golf, Medieval Times, NASCAR, aquarium, shopping, shopping,
shopping. My husband went fishing with a tour group based in
Little River, as well. The best part was really spending quality
time as a family walking along the beach and picking up shells. Life
can be hectic so this "down" time
was truly appreciated.
