Vacation Rental Description

Completely renovated cottage just steps from the Boardwalk includes 
2 bedrooms, living room, sunny porch, kitchen and one bath. All of 
these rooms are heated and centrally air-conditioned. 

The recent renovation was top to bottom:  new vaulted ceilings,
new heating and central air conditioning, gourmet kitchen fully
appointed with sit-around corian counters, new modern bath, all new
furniture and carpeting, all newly painted, and all new screens and
windows.  If you HATE musty, uncomfortable beach houses, this well
appointed, light, and airy house is for you!!  

RENTAL TO FAMILIES ONLY. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.  ALL STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Cottage is located in the popular bungalow colony at north end of 
town along a walkway that connects Ocean Av to the Boardwalk.  The 
house is on the sand and four houses away from the Boardwalk (a 30 
second walk)and it has a peak of a water view from the front door.  
It combines the closeness of feeling on the beach with much more 
privacy than being directly on the boardwalk.  Very family friendly 
area and close to all the amenities of PPB including a beautiful, 
wide sandy beach. 

Just one hour from NYC and 1.5 hours from Philadelphia.  Great in 
summer and great for a quiet get-away for a Fall, Winter, or Spring

Activities and Attractions

Point Pleasant Beach is just 60 miles from NYC and boasts a fun, 
family-oriented boardwalk with amusements, games, and restaurants.  
Weekly concerts and fireworks on the beach.  The atmosphere is 
festive and relaxed.  The charter fishing fleet along with great 
waterfront seafood restaurants are two blocks north.  Great shops 
and 
restaurants all are within walking distance.  Downtown Point 
Pleasant Beach (1 mile away) boasts fine antique and craft stores 
and more restaurants and food stores.  The cottage is on a walking 
path shared by other cottages; the neighborhood is extremely 
welcoming and very safe for young children.
