Cottage is located in the popular bungalow colony at north end of
town along a walkway that connects Ocean Av to the Boardwalk. The
house is on the sand and four houses away from the Boardwalk (a 30
second walk)and it has a peak of a water view from the front door.
It combines the closeness of feeling on the beach with much more
privacy than being directly on the boardwalk. Very family friendly
area and close to all the amenities of PPB including a beautiful,
wide sandy beach.

Just one hour from NYC and 1.5 hours from Philadelphia. Great in
summer and great for a quiet get-away for a Fall, Winter, or Spring

and more restaurants and food stores. The cottage is on a walking
path shared by other cottages; the neighborhood is extremely
welcoming and very safe for young children.
