This condo was a good choice for our vacation. While it was a little cramped for our party of 7, the large balcony made up for it. We tended to stay out on the balcony most of the time, no matter where we stay. This place has all the amenities described and is well maintained and clean.
This condo is located right on the beach, next to Senior Frogs, and at the Cozumel ferry terminal, which is also the beginning of 5th ave. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Noise wasn't a problem, we could hear the festivities at night while on the balcony, but inside it was quiet.
I would have given this place a rating of 5 excellent if it wasn't for the parking situation. The street down to the condo was almost inaccessible. There is a round about at the bottom to turn around but with the way everyone parks it would only be useful to a motorcycle. Had a difficult time just getting down to the building to drop off luggage. I would have to back out off the street, so I tended to park at the top near the guard station. But the good condo location meant we didn't drive that much anyway. I am sure this will improve when the building renovations are completed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, you don't have to interact with them to stay here, but when we did it was a positive experience.
We had a good time here and will come back here

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
