Our one bedroom oceanfront condo sleeps 2-4 with a king
size bed, one full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room

equipped Beachfront Resort in San Jose del Cabo.  This spacious
resort's facilities include a very large swimming pool with swim up
bar, on-site SPA, two huge hot tubs, lighted tennis court, 9 hole
putting green, the fabulous Mama Mia beachside restaurant with nightly
entertainment, mini market and other stores nearby. 

A new fitness center, 24 hour front desk, concierge service, wireless internet from the condo and pool area plus a new computer room and game room.

Just 15 minutes from (SJD), the Los Cabos airport and 5 minutes to downtown San Jose del Cabo.  We are also on the busline to Cabo San Lucas.  Car rental is available on site, if needed.

Secondly, we just love San Jose del Cabo.  It is truly the "quieter Cabo", with the beauty and charm found only in an authentic Mexican village.  Everything you need can be found here.  You can shop till you drop, or just sit in a quiet street cafe with your favorite beverage and watch the world go by.

The culture and hospitality you find in San Jose is very refreshing and you'll soon fall in love with this wonderfully walkable village and its people.

Golf enthusiasts have only to look across the street for the newest in world class golf resorts.  The Nicklaus Design Club Campestre offers spectacular views of both the Sea of Cortez and nearby mountains accented by manicured fairways and greens.  And there are many other fine resort golf courses just a short drive in either direction of the Coral Baja.

For the more adventurous, we recommend to you some very exciting excursions in and around San Jose del Cabo.  Sea of Cortez fishing trips can be found at the new marina, whale watching, ATV desert tours, the fabulous zip-line and bungee jumping excursion, and half day desert Tom Car adventures are all found nearby.  And of course, there is much, much more.

Let's not forget, the Coral Baja also offers its own share of fun.  Daily poolside activities are offered throughout the week, and beach volley ball is always a hit. Early morning or sunset horseback riding on the beach begins right at the resort and first class surfing is just a short walk away.

• Nov 1, 2012 - May 31, 2013:  $160 - $185 per night  (excluding Xmas week)
• June 1, 2013 - October 31, 2013:  $120 - $135 per night

• Cleaning fee $45.

I have two oceanfront spacious end unit condos - one on the 4th floor and one on the 5th floor, both with fabulous views.  The 5th floor has a unique double sized wrap around patio.
