Vacation Rental Description

Located on the sugar-white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this condo  
features 3-bedrooms and two full baths.  The unit is located on the  
eighth floor(#803)of the west wing and features 1250 sq ft. of  
living space.  This unit will accomodate 8 people comfortably and  
includs a mirrored living/dining room which has access to the  
balcony, 6 in. crown molding, leather sofa and loveseat, ceramic  
tile, updated kitchen appliances and new carpet throughout.  There  
is a mater suite featuring a king-sized bed adjoining the balcony, a  
second bedroom with a queen size bed and third bedroom with two  
double beds. Color TVs/VCR/DVD is in the living room and TV/VCR in  
two bedrooms.  There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and  
kitchen.  There is no towel exchange program therefore this unit has  
a washer/dryer for your convenience. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Property amenities include 3 pools (1 heated), kiddie pools, snack  
bar by the pools, 2 jucuzzies, shuffleboard, lighted tennis courts,  
arcade and game room for the kids, exercise room for the adults and  
24 hour gated security.

This unit is centrally located on Thomas Drive and just minutes  
away, whether walking or driving, from Panama City Beaches most  
reknown restaurants and nightclubs, as well as, golf course, mini  
golf coures, hiking/biking, deep sea fishing, sailing, parasailing,  
jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, water park and thrill rides at  
the Amusement Park.  Within 2 mile distance is St. Andrews State  
Park, an ideal location for picnicing with the family or snorkeling.
