Vacation Rental Description

Two comfortable Wine Country Homes on 7 acre Twin Towers River Ranch, 
1 mile from Healdsburg plaza with 600ft. on the Russian River, OAK 
TREE HOUSE (sleeps 6) has 2 bedrooms w/queen Beds, decks. 2 double 
futons in the living room. 1 bath with sunken Whirlpool tub. Kitchen 
is nicely appointed w/plate glass views of vineyards and the Russian 
river, w/dishwasher, microwave, 6 burner gas stove, ice maker, 
disposal. There are two covered parking spaces in the barn. The home 
is single level with one step for wheel chair accessability. The home  
is  
ompletely outfitted with linens, cookware and all kitchen supplies.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Oak Tree House is a cozy, private 18th century restored country  
cottage with decks and views of vineyards, the river and historic  
Fitch Mountain. A two story cupola kitchen/dinning room with large  
picture windows overlooking vineyards and the Russian River below,  
just 100 ft. to swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing or just plain  
relaxing in your private river side camp with beach chairs, BBQ, bar 
hammocks, dock. The river side deck has an oak tree growing through  
it and a surprise awaits you in the dinning room. There is TV,  
cable, VCR, Stereo, and CD player. 
RIVER RANCH HOUSE over looking the river is a spacious home that has 
been newly remodeled and comfortably furnished with four bedrooms, all 
with queen sized beds, plus a double hide-a-bed in the master bedroom, 
and five baths allow the home to sleep 10 people in ultimate comfort. 
The 630 sq.ft. Chef's kitchen, fully equipped with a six burner Decor 
stove, double oven, two sinks and river rock fireplace, has a 
cathedral ceiling 
and glass wall with river views. A high-definition satellite 
television, stereo, VCR, phone and computer with DSL internet access 
give this river-side home practicality plus moder convenience.  The 
wrap-around front porch and massive Victorian deck and stairway leading 
to the two-acre river camp, lagoon,and boat dock give way to a 
wonderfull wine country vacation.

Activities and Attractions

Both homes enjoy the very private river camp on the lazy Russian 
River, just 100 ft.to swimming, fishing, boating and canoing or just 
plain relaxing with beach chairs, hammock, Tiki bar, Bar-b-q grill, 
and boat dock. Healdsburg a short 1 mile ride away, has a quaint 
Spanish town  
square, with world class restaurants and fine shops. Shopping,  
antiquing and our museum are popular attractions.  Within 5 miles  
of the River Ranch are 70+ noted wineries open daily for tastings.  
Twelve miles to the north/west is Lake Sonoma for pick-nicking  
boating and exploring. Follow the Russian River some 18 miles west  
were it empties into the Pacific Ocean.
